They offered the gift of time and space to interact and discuss so many important concepts that go beyond the academics of teaching. As a life coach, I found Amina to be a patient and generous listener and very insightful.  Her ability to help me to understand my leadership qualities and style was a tremendous benefit.  She also helped me to see and acknowledge other strengths but get over the fear and concern that acknowledging those strengths is arrogant.  Arrogance doesn’t come from acknowledging your strengths, the potential for arrogance is in how you utilize your strengths; do your strengths make you better than someone else?  This was a huge insight that impacted my self perception and helped me become an even more effective leader.
